Summer favourites include white wines, rosés and sparkling wines/MCCs with an aperitif, light lunch or rich barbecue/braai menu. Note that these wines are served at a lower temperature. Here is a brief overview of what the correct serving temperature is:

- Rosé wines between 10 and 12 degrees
