Terroir & Origin
Warwick Estate in Stellenbosch is renowned for its exceptional soils and unique climate. The vineyards are situated at cooler altitudes, allowing for slow ripening and incredibly complex aromas. In short: the perfect terrain for a top-tier Chardonnay!
Maturation & Aging
The grapes are carefully hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented in French oak barrels—40% of them brand new—to impart that beautifully delicate oak note. The wine then rests on the lees for 10 months, developing its signature creamy texture and complexity.
