ALL\u00c9E BLEUE ist eines der \u00e4ltesten Weing\u00fcter am Kap. Es wurde Zeuge einer bewegten Vergangenheit und steht vor einer herausfordernden Zukunft. Die deutsche Unternehmerfamilie Dauphin \u00fcbernahm ALL\u00c9E BLEUE 1999 und hauchte ihm mit einer gro\u00dfen Portion Pioniergeist neues Weinleben ein. Das 1690 gegr\u00fcndete, rund 150 Hektar gro\u00dfe Estate, auf dem \u00fcber rund 100 Jahre hinweg kein edler Tropfen mehr erzeugt worden war, bringt heute wieder Rot- und Weissweine von Format hervor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Unternehmer Familie Dauphin hat mit ALL\u00c9E BLEUE einen Ort entdeckt, der das Herz eines jeden Besuchers ber\u00fchrt. Mit viel Hingabe und Liebe zum Detail wurde das historische Estate wiederbelebt. Entstanden ist eine faszinierende Verbindung von typisch s\u00fcdafrikanischer Farmtradition und zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfer Lebensart sowie von Kunst und Natur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Van Zyl du Toit war sammelte jahrelang Erfahung beim bekannten Produzenten Simonsig in Stellenbosch. Wir konnten uns bei Fassproben und den ersten Abf\u00fcllungen von seinem Talent \u00fcberzeugen! Da ist bei All\u00e9e Bleue ein wirklicher upgrade geschehen!<\/span><\/p>\n

Bei den Weinen kommt eine breite Palette an guten bis sehr guten Weinen hervor. Da sind die \u00fcberzugenden Weissweine mit dem Blend Isabeau als Kr\u00f6nung. Bei den Roten sind wir gespannt ob der Shiraz oder der Pinotage das Rennen macht. Daneben ist auch der klassische L’amour toujours von aussergew\u00f6hnlicher Qualit\u00e4t! Die Starlette Linie bietet viel Trinkspass f\u00fcr wenig Geld!<\/span><\/p>\n
