The grapes are carefully hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented in French oak barrels\u201440% of them brand new\u2014to impart that beautifully delicate oak note. The wine then rests on the lees for 10 months, developing its signature creamy texture and complexity.<\/p>\n
