The Story & Vision Behind the Wine Babel<\/h3>\r\n

In 2011, the cellar team had an idea: to create a red wine that captures the essence of Babylonstoren in a single bottle \u2013 honest, full of character, and with depth. Strength in Diversity<\/h4>\r\n

The wine Babel unites seven grape varieties: Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Pinotage. Each component is harvested, vinified, and tasted separately before finding its place in the final blend. The result: over 100 individual vineyard parcels harmoniously expressed in a single wine \u2013 precise, balanced, and full of character. This diversity is the heart of Babel \u2013 a composition of varieties, soils, and vintages, reimagined every year and unmistakably bearing the Babylonstoren signature.<\/p>\r\n
