Who hasn’t asked himself this question during a wine tasting? Should I drink and swallow every drop in the glass or spit it out? Well, that’s where opinions clearly differ, because not everyone is there for the same reason. Although too much alcohol clearly affects the tasting.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is, of course, no spitting compulsion at a wine tasting. Nevertheless, it ensures that one keeps a clear head with over 100 wines and the sense of taste is less affected. At every tasting, some alcohol always flows down the throat, even if the wine is spat out. Therefore, proceed purposefully with the tasting and also leave out a wine sometimes.<\/p>\n
