Contemporary Art
Contemporary art at the Jedlitschka Gallery, vernissage with Patrizia Casagranda, "Beauty Strikes Back" with expressive symbioses of collage, painting, and elements of urban art. Guided tours of the art gallery and sculpture garden with the gallery owner, available upon request.
The internationally acclaimed artist Patrizia Casagranda deliberately stages a broken aesthetic that also incorporates writings. Fabric elements, furrows, and plaster nubs made with stencils complement the relief-like surface structure of the paintings. The statements applied in the background of her paintings are intended to be a mantra for oneself, to start the day positively. Her motifs are mostly conceived as thematic, homogeneous series of images, in which the artist follows a specific subject or a particular aspect of materiality.

Grill/Braai with South African Boerewors, zebra & ostrich fillet. Our grill/braai will be fired up by our grill specialists, and you can look forward to some South African specialties.
