Vinifikation The wine was named after the French writer Francois Rabelais. In one of his books, the giant Gargantua builds a church called Thélème. It stands for a new world order. Thelema not only stood for a new world order but also for paradise on Earth. There were no walls, time was not controlled by clocks, and all people were well-clothed and nourished. This wine represents the best that Thelema brings to the bottle. It is an attempt to create a wine that comes close to the feeling and way of life of Thélème. The Thelema Rabelais matured for 20 months in 100% new French barriques after harvest. This wine should be given at least 5 years to mature.
