Shipping is free for orders with a total value of over CHF 300.–.
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch from Monday to Friday. Delivery after receipt of the order may take between approximately five and seven working days for all shipping methods. We generally ship with Swiss Post via the «Vinolog» service or with our logistics partner Imbach Logistik AG (hereinafter referred to as Imbach).
Shipping costs are calculated and allocated as follows.
*Shipping calculations are based on 75cl units. For other bottle sizes (37.5cl to 1800cl), the number of bottles is converted to the 75cl equivalent.
Wine orders (37.5cl, 50cl, 75cl bottles)
1 to 30 kg, shipping costs CHF 14.90 (equivalent to max. 18 × 75cl bottles)
30 to 60 kg, shipping costs CHF 24.90 (equivalent to max. 36 × 75cl bottles)
60 to 90 kg, shipping costs CHF 34.90 (equivalent to max. 54 × 75cl bottles)
Sparkling wine orders (75cl bottles)
1 to 30 kg, flat-rate shipping CHF 14.90 (equivalent to max. 12 × 75cl bottles)
30 to 60 kg, flat-rate shipping CHF 24.90 (equivalent to max. 24 × 75cl bottles)
60 to 90 kg, flat-rate shipping CHF 34.90 (equivalent to max. 36 × 75cl bottles)
Note on general quantity calculation for shipping costs:
The stated bottle quantities refer to the standard size (75cl) for still and sparkling wine bottles. For other bottle sizes, quantities are calculated proportionally (e.g. one 75cl bottle corresponds to two 37.5cl bottles or half a magnum bottle).
Express orders (next day delivery)
Express orders must be received by us by 10 a.m. on the previous day in order to be delivered on the next working day.
In addition to the standard shipping costs, an express surcharge is applied according to the following list (carton = 6 bottles of 75cl each):
- 1 carton: CHF 19.90
- 2 cartons: CHF 27.90
- 3 cartons: CHF 34.90
- 4 cartons: CHF 39.90
- 5 cartons: CHF 44.90
- 6 cartons: CHF 49.90
- 7–8 cartons: CHF 59.90
- 9–10 cartons: CHF 69.90
- 11 cartons or more: CHF 79.90
Bulk deliveries
Orders of 55 bottles or more are generally delivered by our partner Imbach. We will arrange a delivery date with you in advance to ensure you are on site.
