Shipping costs are waived for orders with a merchandise value of over CHF 300.-.
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping from Monday to Friday. Delivery from the time the order is placed can take between approximately five and seven working days for all shipping methods. We generally ship with Swiss Post via "Vinolog" shipping or our logistics partner Imbach Logistik AG (hereinafter referred to as Imbach).
Shipping costs are calculated and divided as follows.
*Shipping calculation is based on units of 75cl. For other bottle sizes (37.5cl to 1800cl), the number of bottles will be converted accordingly to the 75cl equivalent.
Wine Orders (37.5cl, 50cl, 75cl bottles)
1 to 30kg, shipping costs CHF 14.90 (corresponds to max. 18 x 75cl bottles)
30 to 60kg, shipping costs CHF 24.90 (corresponds to max. 36 x 75cl bottles)
60 to 90kg, shipping costs CHF 34.90 (corresponds to max. 54 x 75cl bottles)
Sparkling Wine Orders (75cl bottles)
1 to 30kg, flat rate shipping costs CHF 14.90 (corresponds to max. 12 x 75cl bottles)
30 to 60kg, flat rate shipping costs CHF 24.90 (corresponds to max. 24 x 75cl bottles)
60 to 90kg, flat rate shipping costs CHF 34.90 (corresponds to max. 36 x 75cl bottles)
Note for general quantity calculation for shipping costs:
The stated bottle numbers refer to the standard size (75cl) for classic or sparkling wine bottles. For different bottle sizes, the calculation is proportional (e.g., one 75cl bottle corresponds to two 37.5cl bottles or half a magnum bottle).
Express Orders (Next Day Delivery)
Express orders must reach us by 10 AM on the previous day so that your delivery can be delivered on the next working day.
An express surcharge will be charged in addition to the normal shipping costs according to the following list (carton = 6 bottles of 75cl):
- 1 carton: CHF 19.90
- 2 cartons: CHF 27.90
- 3 cartons: CHF 34.90
- 4 cartons: CHF 39.90
- 5 cartons: CHF 44.90
- 6 cartons: CHF 49.90
- 7-8 cartons: CHF 59.90
- 9-10 cartons: CHF 69.90
- from 11 cartons: CHF 79.90
Bulk Deliveries
Orders of 55 bottles or more are generally delivered by our partner Imbach; for this, we will arrange an appointment with you so that you are on-site.
