Vinifikation The hand-picked grapes come from bush vines in the picturesque Swartland region. After crushing the berries, the juice was lightly clarified and then inoculated with selected yeast cultures. After alcoholic fermentation was complete, the wine spent another 3 months on the lees before being bottled for fresh enjoyment.
