Product Description:
It shows just a little brick at the rim and has an attractive bouquet with a hint of terracotta tiles permeating the slightly tertiary red berry fruit. The palate is fresh on entry, quite open and probably ready to drink now; notes of orange zest and tart red cherry emerge on the finish.

Vinifikation The different grape varieties were hand-picked, sorted with great care, lightly crushed in open fermentation tanks and subjected to a 7-10 day cold soak on the skins. Before the fermentation was complete, the grapes were pressed and the wine was transferred separately by grape variety into barrels, where malolactic fermentation was completed. The wine then matured for 11 months in selected French barriques, 32% of which were new wood or first-fill wood. After 11 months of maturation, the different grape varieties were blended and bottled, ready for enjoyment.
