A clear and fresh start, refreshingly dry with good acidity. A medium-bodied rosé, characterised by aromas of sweet red berries. A hint of buttery, creamy notes adds complexity to this serious and delightful rosé, which finishes with a long-lasting aftertaste of red cherries and sweet strawberries. A plethora of aromas of sweet red cherries, candy floss, and ripe strawberries.

Vinifikation The Pinotage grapes were harvested at approximately 22.5 °Brix, lightly crushed, and left on the skins for several hours to extract sufficient color and structure. The juice was separated from the skins, and primary fermentation took place over three weeks at 11 °C. After fermentation, the wine remained on its lees for about three months and was stirred twice monthly to give it a more balanced and elegant mouthfeel.
