Fragrant and inviting, the wine opens with honeysuckle and pear drops, developing into an electric stream of tropical fruit like pineapple, mango, zesty limes, and flint. A honeycomb mid-palate precedes the fresh pears and finishes off this abundance of tropical fruit, around which an invigorating acidity forms and cools.

Vinifikation The grapes come predominantly from vines planted in 2016 and from 30-40 year old vines, which provide depth and concentration in the wine. The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and then mainly the free-run juice is used. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged on the lees for 10 months. Before bottling, the Chenin Blanc is blended with a small portion of Chenin Blanc aged in wooden barrels to increase complexity.
