Vinifikation The 2023 Hogan Divergent Red Blend is a carefully crafted cuvée of 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Carignan, and 24% Cinsaut. The grapes are sourced from selected, unirrigated bush vines in different regions of the Cape: Carignan: Harvested on February 14, 2022, from 19-year-old vines in Wellington. Cinsaut: Harvested on February 27, 2022, from 47-year-old vines in the Helderberg region. Cabernet Sauvignon: Also harvested on February 27, 2022, from young bush vines in Helderberg.
