The nose has a strong citrus sweetness, almost as if a candied lemon peel is sitting on top of the bottle. On the first sip, the juniper is less boisterous than in London Dry gins and there's a great cardamom kick. It's a smooth gin with a full mouthfeel that can be comfortably held in the mouth.
