Vinifikation The traditional production method, based on biodynamic principles, is the key to these award-winning organic vinegars. To achieve a high-quality result, the vinegar is made using the conventional Orléans method with a mother of vinegar. The Botanical line has been aged for 12 years in oak barrels with various healthy herbs, and the Essentia for as long as 20 years. The result: a high-quality organic vinegar with great flavor and no additives or artificial flavorings. The vinegar is produced by the family-run Rozendal Farm in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Since 2001, they have been producing biodynamically and place great emphasis on taste, nature, health, and patience. Only ingredients from their own farm and the immediate vicinity are used for production.
