Vinifikation The enchanting Buitenverwachting wine farm is situated on the eastern slopes of the magnificent Constantiaberg, just 12 km from the famous False Bay. After harvesting, the grapes are macerated on the skins for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place for 21 days at 12-16°C. Subsequently, the wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
