Vinifikation Debut vintage of a new project by Marc Kent of Boekenhoutskloof on Gottfried Mocke's home farm in Franschhoek. The grapes come from the neighboring farm, next to Newton Johnson, which was leased. The grapes were pressed as whole bunches and the juice was settled for two days before being aged in 60% new French oak and 40% Nomblot concrete eggs. Spontaneous fermentation and occasional light bâtonnage.
