Vinifikation André Bruyns, assistant winemaker to David and Nadia Sadie, makes wine under his own label called City on a Hill. This project started in 2015 and his first release was a white blend. He sources grapes from old vineyards and vinifies the grapes as naturally as possible, focusing on site-specific wines. In addition to a white blend, André also produces a red blend, a Chenin Blanc and a Muscat d'Alexandrie.
