Deep ruby garnet in color, the nose is perfumed with layers of cedar wood, white pepper and cloves which aptly support the delicious nuances of black plum, prune and mulberry fruit with hints of cassis. An enticing entry with elegant dried cranberries on the palate develops into rich plum flavors supported by nuances of piquant cassis and perfumed sweet currant. The finish is long and opulent complemented by firm, rounded tannins.

Vinifikation Selected, hand-picked, individually vinified and aged for 15 months in 100% new French oak barrels. The wine consists of 80% Shiraz, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot. After blending, it was transferred back into the same new barrels and matured there for another 22 months. With a total maturation period of 37 months, this wine is the ultimate expression of longevity and potential.
