The Malbec-dominated assemblage boasts aromas of dark cherries, ripe wild berries, and a hint of cinnamon and cloves. Silky-smooth yet fresh, the Délicate caresses the palate. A very elegant and youthful, non-vintage red wine that, due to its special production method, looks like a white wine but seduces like a red wine. The over 50% Malbec component is produced without skin contact, like a white wine, complemented by the matured red wine components of the other three grape varieties from the previous vintage. Flavors of plums, strawberries, and roses reveal themselves on the palate. A "Beaujolais-style wine" with great depth, best served at a refreshing 11°C.
