Vinifikation Traditional reductive Sauvignon Blanc winemaking. Three weeks before bottling, 3% fresh Cabernet Sauvignon was added to the Sauvignon Blanc until the perfect coral pink colour was achieved. After fermentation, the wine was left on its lees for 1 month and stirred once a week to improve mouthfeel and concentration. Blended 3 weeks before bottling and stabilisation.
