Vinifikation The certified, 1988 and 1986 planted bush vines are grown dryland on deep sandy soils. At an elevation of 520m above sea level the vineyards experience a warm climate with cool evening breezes. The grapes were harvested on six different dates with different pickings delivering a range of aromatic characters. Two early pickings provide fresh acidity. Two middle pickings give balance and perfectly ripe tropical fruit characters. The last two pickings of smaller bunches and berries add deep concentration and palate weight to the resulting wine.
