Product Description:
The 2018 Pofadder from Swartland is complex, yet absolutely convincing, with beautifully detailed scents of red berry fruit, fennel, thyme and fynbos, which blossom with aeration. The very detailed palate shows filigree tannins, incredible crispness and impressive purity through to the lightly spiced finish. This is one of the best wines from Sadie in this vintage.

Vinifikation We harvested the grapes in the Pofadder vineyard quite early. Cinsaut has large berries and low dehydration, which leads to a jammy taste. This is the most elegant version we have bottled to date.
