It is a Blanc de Noirs (white wine from black grapes) with a very light, subtle pink hue originating from the black grapes. Elegant, fresh nuances of white peach, red apple, young berries and spices, with floral undertones that develop as the wine opens up. On the palate, it is lively and fresh, yet creamy and structured thanks to fermentation under cork. Aromas of ripe red apple, grapefruit, and almonds contribute to the complexity of the palate, while the vibrant acidity gives the wine great length and leads to a long-lasting, juicy finish.
