Vinifikation The grapes were destemmed, crushed into open fermentation tanks, and fermented with regular punch-downs. After fermentation, the wine was pressed and blended with the free-run wine in stainless steel tanks, then transferred to tanks and barrels for malolactic fermentation. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were aged separately for 28 months in French oak barrels. The final blending then took place, and the wine was bottled unfined.
