Vinifikation The grapes come from the famous Helderberg, the mountainous region around Stellenbosch. With its fantastic climate and unique combination of soils such as decomposed dolomite granite, Table Mountain sandstone, and "koffieklip," these mountains are considered a first-class terroir for Cabernet Sauvignon in South Africa, often contributing to the typical Cape garrigue or fynbos character. The intense dark berry fruit on the nose transitions into an exceptionally balanced palate with fine-grained but rustic tannins and hints of garrigue.
