This wine is incredibly complex and multi-layered. On the nose, the wine presents aromas of green apples, pears, and quinces, along with a slight caramel note and nutty butter. On the palate, oxidative aromas of raisins and dried fruit emerge due to the tannins and phenols. The finish is fresh and long-lasting.

Vinifikation Harvested by hand in the early morning to preserve maximum freshness until vinification. The wine is gently fermented, then allowed to mature for 10 months in new French barriques. Jacaranda wines are produced as naturally as possible and filtered only once before bottling.
