Product Description:
Golden in color and full-bodied, with aromas of melon and spicy baked apple. Layered, with mineral notes that are amplified by honeycomb and caramel flavors from yeast contact. This wine is a great example of the harmonious balance between fruit and delicate oak/vanilla flavors, which combine to create complex, smooth flavors with enough body to accompany even spicy and full-bodied dishes.

Vinifikation The Ken Forrester Chenin Blanc is one of the best Chenin Blancs in the world and offers a fabulous price-pleasure ratio. It is zesty, somewhat quaffable, and incredibly aromatic. The grapes for this white wine come from old bush vines and were harvested very late by hand, allowing them to develop ripe, plump aromas. Fermented in barrel and tank and matured on the fine lees (months in French oak, 20% new) for a well-rounded complexity.
