Product Description:
The 2018 Red Estate has a more expressive nose than the 2017, with boisterous blackberry, blueberry, and more floral scents that were not present in the previous vintage. The palate is medium-bodied with juicy black fruits. A fine Bordeaux blend with a decent pinch of black pepper on the finish. Excellent.

Vinifikation The grapes are carefully sorted, then crushed and fermented. After pressing, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and is subsequently aged for 15 months, with 40% in new French oak barrels and the remaining 60% in seasoned barrels. The Estate Red is then blended and bottled.
