Vinifikation The grapes are selected from a single block, one of the oldest, located on the lower slopes of Klein Constantia. They are harvested early in the season in numerous batches to ensure complexity in freshness, fruit, and intensity. The grapes were whole-bunch pressed and fermented before being aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and barrique barrels for 7 months. Following blending, bottling, and secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine was aged for a further 38 months before being disgorged.
