Vinifikation The grapes were fermented separately in traditional open concrete tanks with regular pump-overs. Secondary fermentation took place in tanks, after which the wines were transferred to French oak barrels. After one year of aging, they were blended and stored for another 8 months in 225-liter and 4500-liter oak barrels. The Richesse received no fining.
