Vinifikation The sunshine of Chenin Blanc meets the vibrancy of Moscato, resulting in a bright and beautiful wine with a delightful fragrance and a coquettish hint of sweetness. The grapes hail from the small and sunny Voor Paardeberg wine region, just outside of Paarl. The Chenin Blanc was harvested at 21 degrees and the Muscat at 20 degrees Balling to ensure a lower alcohol content; the two varietals are vinified separately, blended, and bottled. The varietals are harvested earlier to achieve a lower alcohol content. A small percentage of the alcohol is also removed from the wine and then added back in to achieve a good balance of crisp acidity and fruitiness.
