Product Description:
A full-bodied, sweet dessert wine with a rich, golden colour. A bouquet of yellow peaches, apricots, ripe melon, raisins, Turkish Delight, and mint humbugs. Full-bodied, lush and syrupy on the palate, yet fresh and balanced by the acidity. Wonderfully integrated and a great example of why you want to 'amplify' the flavour in the grape.

Vinifikation The grapes come from 26-year-old vines in the warm climate on the northern slope of Rocky Gravel. This liqueur wine was macerated for a few hours, pressed, and not fermented. It was fortified directly and aged for 12 months in old French oak barrels before being bottled unfiltered.
