Product Description:
Straw-yellow color with a hint of green - youthful and vibrant. Attractive nose with ripe citrus fruit and orange zest leading to a hint of vanilla, spicy oak, and toasted brioche. Citrus zest on the palate with good weight and a slightly buttery texture. The wine is well-balanced with fresh acidity and minerality that continues on the finish with lemon and lime.

Vinifikation The hand-picked grapes are pressed as whole clusters and fermented in French oak barrels with two selected yeast strains. The wine matures with regular bâtonnage until the final blending for nine months, 85% in barriques (50% new oak) and 15% in concrete eggs.
