Vinifikation The grapes for the Reserve White come from vineyards on the farm in Uitzicht. After selection, the grapes are pressed as whole bunches and fermented spontaneously. 80% of the wine is aged for 10 months on the fine lees in new 300-liter French oak barrels. After being racked off the yeast sediments, the Reserve White spends another 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
