Vinifikation The grapes for the Rupert & Rothschild Classique were hand-picked and selected with the utmost care for the further production process. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with extended skin contact. After fermentation was complete, the wine matured for 16 months in 225l and 300l French oak barrels.
