The varietal Stellenbosch is most famous for, Rust en Vrede Cabernet Sauvignon offers a concentrated and classic rendition of the varietal. The grapes for this wine are sourced from 22 hectares of vineyards planted on the Rust en Vrede estate. The Cabernet Sauvignon was matured for 18 months in 300-liter French oak barrels, 20% of which were new wood.
