The wine is electrifyingly fresh and straightforward. The nose is dominated by aromas of red fruits with a hint of damp forest floor, licorice, and black pepper. Pomegranate, raspberry, and citrus notes. A gentle yet targeted punch on the palate, wonderfully balanced. Long, but not cloying, rather balanced, fresh, and juicy.

Vinifikation Om stands for the concept of universal creation and peace. The spectacular vineyard is located 300 meters above the ocean and 12 km from it. The soil consists primarily of granite with a clay top layer. The relatively young vineyard was planted in 2006. Hand harvest, cold maceration, spontaneous fermentation, and aging for 10 months in new and used 228-liter barrels.
