The wine has an aroma of ripe red fruits like plums and dark cherries, with earthy complexity and minerality. The retention of good acidity provides outstanding freshness with a well-integrated, ripe, and alluring tannin structure.

Vinifikation The grapes come from a 3-hectare vineyard and are hand-sorted and destemmed. Cold maceration takes place for 3-6 days at 8°C. An attempt is made to naturally ferment 100% of the grapes at 26-30°C. Malolactic fermentation is completed entirely, and the wine is then aged for 20 months in French barriques, 25% of which were new wood.
