Vinifikation The grapes were pre-cooled, destemmed, and individually sorted to remove undesirable berries. Fermentation took place for up to 21 days in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and aging occurred over 18 months in 100% French oak barrels with a capacity of 300 liters, 60% of which were new and the remainder second-fill. The wines are made individually to respect the specific characteristics of each varietal, allowing them to reach their full potential. Selective barrel tastings determine the blend's composition. The blend was created to ensure harmony among the five varietals and to achieve the ultimate balance of fruit, palate volume, oak extract, and tannin, without compromising the familiar quality and sense of place of each individual varietal.
