Vinifikation This 1-hectare Chenin Blanc parcel, most of which was planted in the 1920s, is the oldest in the country. Unfortunately, the old vines are slowly dying, which is why they require elaborate preservation. Eben discovered this site by chance in the Jonkershoek Valley, at the foot of Bothmaskop in the middle of Stellenbosch, and persuaded Mrs. Kirsten to look after this vineyard.
