This medium-bodied Chardonnay, fermented and aged in French oak, displays citrus and a hint of peach on the nose, while being nutty on the mid-palate. It is fresh with an underlying minerality, which is balanced by a long creamy finish.

Geschacksnoten Medium-bodied, fresh & lively, matured in oak barrels
Vinifikation The grapes were destemmed, pressed, and then stored in stainless steel tanks for clarification. Fermentation took place at 19 degrees Celsius in 228-liter French oak barrels, with the fine lees being stirred regularly. This Chardonnay then matured for 10 months in 35% new French barriques, and to achieve a beautiful balance, 65% of the wine was stored in used wooden barrels.
