Vinifikation The Syrah grape thrives exceptionally well in the warm Swartland region of the Cape. Often, highly concentrated wines are made from small berries. Minimal intervention during fermentation, as well as extended aging, also contribute to the wine's typical character. The highly iron-rich soil gives it additional power and structure. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks.
