Vinifikation The Vuurberg Red 2019 is a sophisticated cuvée sourced from selected parcels around Stellenbosch. The grape varieties – including Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cinsault – grow on clay soils, which impart an intense structure to the wines. After hand-harvesting, the grapes are fermented separately, with spontaneous fermentation occurring with natural yeasts. Subsequently, the wine matures for approximately 24 months in French oak barrels to develop depth and balance.
