Vinifikation The Vuurberg White is an artful cuvée sourced from various plots and regions within the Cape Winelands, including Stellenbosch, Swartland, Franschhoek, and Paarl. The vines grow on diverse soil formations, which lends the wine its particular complexity. The grapes are hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with natural yeasts in a combination of large barrels and concrete eggs. Subsequently, the wine matures for nine months on its lees in French oak barrels to develop structure and depth.
