Vinifikation The grapes are harvested at low sugar and ripeness levels to create this delicate and juicy rosé. Skin contact is kept to a minimum to maintain the beautiful pale colour of the wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is blended with a rooibos infusion and carbonated with CO2 during bottling.
