Vinifikation The rosé is made from hand-picked Grenache grapes from cool coastal regions. After a gentle pressing, the wine ferments at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit aromas and vibrant acidity. Brief lees contact lends it a fine texture and complexity without masking its clear, mineral character. The result is an elegant, refreshing rosé with notes of red berries and a mineral, pure finish.
