The forefront presents floral and white peach notes, with hints of pear and grapefruit on the nose. Later, in the glass, notes of honey and melon become more pronounced, the palate is fresh and lively, with an almost salty sensation on the tongue. The finish is long, well-balanced, and rounded.

Vinifikation The 2019 Chenin Blanc is a combination of grapes from two adjacent vineyards. These vineyards are part of the Old Vine Project, date back to the early 70s, and are farmed biodynamically. A minimal interventionist approach is used in the making of this wine. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed and lightly settled before natural fermentation takes place. We use a combination of 300L second-fill French oak barrels and 2500L foudres. The wine was aged on its lees for 10 months before bottling.
